The completed consultation is chargeable if you do not proceed. Your statutory cancellation rights are unaffected.
Keeping your will safe
Free safe storage with Fifty Six Law, for life. You pay only the postage to send it to us. HMCTS: £24 if you deposit it yourself, £74 if we do it for you.
Will updates
One round of changes is included before final issue. Later updates cost £25 per will, with delivery included.
LPA Hub Pro
Optional attorney tools for £7 a month or £60 a year, including financial and decision records and co-attorney coordination.

Probate and Estate

Organise the estate yourself for £195, use Fifty Six Law for a straightforward grant application for £850, or get a fixed quote for full administration.
Need to change an inheritance instead? A straightforward GetWill-generated Deed of Variation with Fifty Six Law review is £750 including VAT.
If Inheritance Tax has already been paid, the free reclaim check looks for a possible IHT35, IHT38 or other correction. A standard accepted sale-loss claim is £495 including VAT, or 30% of the tax HMRC repays (25% plus VAT) if that is more. The £495 is credited against the success fee, so you never pay both.
