1. Who Handles Complaints
GetWill is the technology platform provided by Ailex Ltd. Any legal services are provided by Fifty Six Law Ltd, and legal-service complaints (including advice quality, legal drafting, or professional conduct) are handled under Fifty Six Law's own published complaints policy.
2. Contact Us First (GetWill Platform)
For platform issues, contacting support first is the fastest route to resolution.
If you need to report an issue with platform operation (for example access, account flow, or technical errors), contact support@getwill.co.uk with:
- Your full name and contact details
- Your will reference (if available)
- A clear summary of the issue
- Any supporting documents or screenshots
We review platform reports and respond based on the issue type and available records.
3. Legal-Service Complaints (Fifty Six Law)
For any matter about legal services, please follow Fifty Six Law's complaints policy on their own website:

Complaints are handled without charge.
4. The Legal Ombudsman
If you are not satisfied with Fifty Six Law's final response, or the complaint has not been resolved within eight weeks, you may be able to ask the Legal Ombudsman to look at it. Normally you must contact the Legal Ombudsman within six months of the firm's final response, and within one year of the problem happening or of when you should reasonably have known about it.

5. The Solicitors Regulation Authority
The Legal Ombudsman deals with complaints about service. If you are concerned about the conduct of a solicitor or law firm, for example dishonesty or a failure to protect your money, you can tell the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
