How GetWill works
A clear online process with legal services provided by Fifty Six Law.
Step 1
Complete your intake
Answer guided questions online. The questions usually take around 15 minutes, and you can save your progress.
Step 2
Secure checkout
When you are ready to proceed, complete secure payment via Stripe to start document preparation. Your identity is then checked securely by Yoti.
Step 3
Solicitor-led review
Your instructions are reviewed before final issue. If clarification is needed, you are contacted directly.
Step 4
Receive and sign
We print your will on premium paper and post it to you with clear signing instructions. Sign it on paper in front of two witnesses. If you need it sooner, you can print it yourself once you have finished your identity check.
Step 5
Keep it safe
Send the signed original back and Fifty Six Law keeps it safe, free for life. Or deposit it with HMCTS, or keep it yourself. Your Will Vault records where the signed original is kept.
