We follow the law of England and Wales when we write our wills. Each will created through this service includes the following legal essentials:
- You must name yourself, at least one executor, and at least one residuary beneficiary.
- We’ll capture any specific gifts, then make sure the “everything else” pot reaches the right people.
- You must sign the will with two independent witnesses who are 18 or over and not beneficiaries (or married to one).
